Where is the video processed?
Locally, on a small Praxate appliance at your site. Video never leaves your premises. Only the structured events (attendance, alerts, headcount) are synced to your dashboard. This satisfies most privacy, IT and labour-law concerns out of the box.
Is face-based attendance legal in India?
Yes, when employees are notified and consent is documented — which Praxate has built-in workflows for. For factories and offices already running CCTV, this is generally a smaller compliance lift than biometric fingerprint systems. We can help you draft the right consent and signage.
How accurate is the face-based attendance?
