How fast do you reply to enquiries?
WhatsApp during business hours: typically within an hour. Email: within one business day. Phone: usually answered live during 10am–7pm IST Mon–Sat.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no obligation. We'll often tell you honestly whether custom is even the right answer — sometimes the right move is Zoho or Tally, and we'll say so.
Do you sign NDAs before discussions?
Yes, for any project where the brief itself is sensitive. Send us your NDA template, we'll sign and return within a day. We also have a standard template we can send if you don't have one.
What's the smallest project you take on?
Roughly ₹5L+. Below that, we usually recommend a freelancer or off-the-shelf SaaS. Above ₹5L, the engineering depth of a senior studio team starts paying back.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes — clients across the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and elsewhere. For US/UK we hold morning-overlap hours. NDAs, DPAs, and currency invoicing all standard.
