Will the AI run on our existing CCTV cameras?
In 95% of cases yes. Standard IP cameras supporting RTSP — the default for any modern Indian CCTV install — work for most use cases. We do a free site survey to confirm which feeds will work and which need repositioning.
Does video go to the cloud?
No, by default. We process video on-prem on a small appliance at your site. Only structured events (alerts, attendance, headcount) sync to dashboards. This addresses both bandwidth costs and privacy concerns common in Indian retail / warehouse deployments.
How much does deployment cost?
Per-site: ₹1.5L–₹4L for the on-prem appliance, plus per-camera-per-month software typically ₹500–₹2,500. ROI for shelf monitoring and queue management is usually under 6 months for mid-format retail.
Can you also do AI-based theft detection?
Yes — behaviour analytics for suspicious patterns + self-checkout monitoring for scan-mismatch detection. Important caveat: system flags should triage to trained loss-prevention staff, not act as automatic accusations. Privacy by design matters here.
